You can utilise this page to track your package by simply entering your account
number, which is the three letter code and your 4 digit number in the “account
number” field (e.g. XYZ3333) then choose a password of your choice.
You can also enter your E Zone house airway bill number, which you would have
received via an email from our Miami/UK office after our receipt of your
package, or you can simply enter the tracking information from FedEx, USPS, UPS,
received on advice of the shipment of your package.
Once the package is in our possession at any one of our warehouses, you will be
able to see where your package is, whether intransit (on its way to you) or at
destination (clearing customs and awaiting delivery) or simply out for delivery.
Simply sign into your account to check on your package history, your statement
of account, balance owning, packages moved, etc. the choice is yours.
